Rina: Hey guys, have you ever thought about the plastic waste problem?
Bayu: Hmm, I rarely think about that. But, I often see a lot of plastic waste on the streets and in rivers.
Tika: I once read on the internet that plastic waste can pollute the environment and harm animals.
Rina: That’s right. Plastic waste that is carelessly disposed of can be carried into rivers and oceans, and then eaten by animals.
Bayu: Yeah, I’ve seen news about turtles dying from eating plastic. It’s so sad.
Tika: We must do something to address this problem. We can start by reducing our plastic use in our daily lives.
Rina: I agree. We can bring our own shopping bags when shopping, and use reusable water bottles.
Bayu: We can also invite our friends and family to do the same.
Tika: We can also campaign about the dangers of plastic waste at school and in our community.
